A nice, "You're doing a great job, Mina." would suffice, I believe. Have a great Easter, Mina!Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10287354874478649309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7369178632005247038.post-83061272652658162952012-04-06T13:38:15.269-04:002012-04-06T13:38:15.269-04:00Sorry I'm just now reading this gal, I've ...Sorry I'm just now reading this gal, I've been sickly the past few days.

I hate the way people ask you "What are you doing?" to lose the weight and they actually look offended when you tell them, "Eating less than I'm taking in. And some water and exercise." It's like they are either offended or disappointed.

Just keep smilin and noddin. ;)Rae Rae Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15429458377690562709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7369178632005247038.post-52512012239569195652012-04-05T01:33:46.829-04:002012-04-05T01:33:46.829-04:00Mina, politely go about your business. Maybe next time she goes on about her way just nicely say to her that you are happy with your method and it's working because you have lost a great amount of weight.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12123414139489993162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7369178632005247038.post-42085438667173169282012-04-04T17:14:01.307-04:002012-04-04T17:14:01.307-04:00That is definitely the most frustrating thing. You can't really argue, you just have to smile and nod and hope that she realizes those things aren't going to work.

Keep going, you're doing amazing! Maybe she will eventually realize that what you're doing DOES work and she'll follow your example. :)Kaylahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08337115337265443912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7369178632005247038.post-5110681604583666282012-04-04T15:44:28.280-04:002012-04-04T15:44:28.280-04:00She sounds very annoying (..no offense?)

We live on food not pills and we gain weight by how much food we eat and how little we exercise. You are doing it the right way and while she may lose weight, she will put it back on when she has to start eating food again!Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11177477708523395431noreply@blogger.com
